The Prodeft Limited story began in 2014<\/p>\n

In a world where KPI\u2019s were all important and no-one cared about the candidate journey, we wanted to provide a bespoke recruitment service which truly engaged and retained great HR talent for their clients.<\/p>\n

We have been lucky enough to go on some fascinating \u2018recruitment journeys\u2019 with some of the most inspiring people and truly visionary companies over the years. This has given us a great deal of experience in helping businesses find highly talented people who have gone on to add huge value in their new roles.<\/p>\n

In addition to this we are creating a portfolio of new service offerings capitalising on the things both clients and candidates have been asking for.<\/p>\n
